Keep Fit

Our usual keep fit class is held every Tuesday in the Reading Rooms, Billericay. The class runs from 10am to 11am and is led by a professional instructor (Steve). The cost for the class is £3.50. Refreshments are available between 11am and Noon and there is a small charge of £1.50 for these. You are more than welcome to come just for the refreshments, if keep fit is not your thing!
